Gary Working on a Magic Lamp
GSE’s own Gary Wright from the GSE/SnowMasters Snow Factory is currently working at Busch Gardens in Tampa, Florida, prepping for their 2012 Mega Christmas Spectacular. The Christmas show will be featuring four of our Magic Lamps. The Magic Lamp has been extremely popular this Winter season. Global Special Effects/SnowMasters snow was spotted once again tonight on Guy Fieri’s Food Network Holiday Special! At the very end of the show, Guy spoke about the snow falling all around. Check your local listings or Food Network’s website to see if it will air again in the next couple days…and keep those Evaporative Snow reports rolling in!

T-1500 Snow Zone Snow
Global Special Effects/Snowmasters will make its third DIY debut tonight in an episode of House Crashers that originally aired December 12 and re-aired Tuesday night (sorry for the late notice!). The episode features a family getting a surprise offer to attend the Disney Christmas party where they end up helping out behind the scenes preparing Disney’s holiday décor.
In one scene, the family visits Main Street, USA in Disney’s Magic Kingdom, where a technician talks to them about the FIFTY SnowMasters T-1500 Snow Zones used to make snow for the Christmas party. The Disney technician shows them one of the machines and makes it snow for the family. The episode will re-air again tonight at 6 pm EST on DIY Network. That’s 5:00 arr-time. The fifty T-1500 snow machines are being used to create snow for the Walt Disney Christmas Parade special which airs Christmas Day on ABC from 12:00-2:00 pm EST. Click here to go to the parade’s website and to see a video with a very short clip of the SnowMasters snow in the parade.

Our comment on this: “Woop-woop! Very nice!” In other (older) news, on December 4th, Global Special Effects filmed another ABC Television Christmas special (this was actually the first one, before the one reported on yesterday). The Walt Disney Christmas special featured more than fifty T-1500 Snow Zone snow machines, which were used in the filming of the snow fall on Main Street, USA. The special is due to air before Christmas, and sadly, it might have already aired. Word on our Facebook page is that it possibly aired on December 12th. Hopefully, you can catch a replay, but if you are our friend on Facebook or follow us on Twitter, you should have already known about this in advance!

This weekend, Snowmasters Australia was featured on the Sunday edition cover of Life magazine! As you can see, our T-1100 Snow Machine by Global Special Effects/Snowmasters is right there, and it’s spraying snow all over the place. Awesome!
In other news this past weekend, we were also featured in the country music Christmas special, CMA Country Christmas, which aired December 17th on the ABC Television Network. Our Snowmasters Evaporative Snow Technology was used during a performance by The Rascal Flatts.
